These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novaledger website located at novaledg.pro and your participation in any programmes offered by Novaledger. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or registering for a programme.

By accessing our website or registering for a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Novaledger

2. Nature of Our Services

Novaledger provides financial education services. Our programmes are educational in nature and are intended to help participants develop financial knowledge and awareness. Please note:

• Our programmes do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any other regulated financial service under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore.
• Nothing in our programme materials, website content, or communications should be construed as a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product or investment.
• Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser for personalised advice relevant to their individual circumstances.
• Novaledger does not represent that any programme outcome will correspond to any particular financial result for any individual participant.

3. Programme Registration and Payment

Registration for a programme constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted when we confirm your registration in writing (by email or telephone). Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable goods and services tax (GST) where applicable.
• Payment must be completed before the first session of a programme unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
• Novaledger reserves the right to withdraw or alter programme offerings, dates, or prices at any time prior to your registration being confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the programme start date: Full refund of fees paid, less any applicable administrative charge of SGD 30.
• 7 to 14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund is available. We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a future intake.
• If we cancel a programme: A full refund of fees paid will be provided. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred as a result of cancellation.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants throughout each programme. Novaledger reserves the right to exclude any participant from a programme, without refund, where their conduct is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise contrary to the learning environment. Specific expectations include:

• Treating all facilitators and participants with courtesy and respect
• Not recording sessions (audio, video, or otherwise) without prior written consent from Novaledger
• Not sharing programme materials with third parties without written permission
• Attending sessions punctually and completing any agreed take-home work in good faith

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Novaledger website — including text, images, programme frameworks, workbook materials, and design elements — is the property of Novaledger and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Programme materials provided to participants are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use the Novaledger website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or its availability to other users. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its supporting infrastructure
• Introduce malicious code, scripts, or other disruptive elements
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the website without our consent
• Use the website in a manner that violates any applicable Singapore law or regulation

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Novaledger website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any representation or warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties in relation to the website and its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novaledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that programme. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our website or registering for a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or participation in a programme after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
