Our Story
Education That Stands on Solid Ground
Novaledger was founded on a single conviction: that people make better financial decisions when they understand what they're working with.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Founded in Singapore, Built for Singapore
Novaledger began as a response to a gap that our founders noticed in the local financial landscape: plenty of product-driven advice, but relatively little in the way of impartial, accessible education. People were making consequential decisions without the conceptual tools to evaluate their choices properly.
We launched with the conviction that financial literacy should not be confined to those who can afford a private adviser or who happen to have studied economics. The fundamentals of managing money, understanding investment products, and planning for later life are things that everyone deserves access to — explained clearly, without an agenda.
From our office at Samsung Hub, we have worked with individuals at every stage of their financial lives — recent graduates figuring out their first steps, professionals reassessing where their money goes, and those in their late 40s and 50s beginning to plan seriously for what comes after work.
Our Mission
To make financial understanding genuinely accessible to individuals across Singapore — through programmes that are honest, well-structured, and grounded in real-life application.
Our Vision
A Singapore where more people approach financial decisions with clarity and confidence — not because they've been told what to do, but because they understand their options.
Our Values
Honesty over hype. Clarity over complexity. Respect for our participants' time, intelligence, and individual circumstances — always.
Our People
The Team Behind the Programmes

Our Standards
How We Maintain Quality
Every programme we offer is held to a clear set of principles — for the quality of content, the conduct of our educators, and the experience of participants.
Independent & Unbiased
We have no financial relationship with any product provider. Content is developed and reviewed purely on educational merit.
Regularly Updated Content
Our curriculum is reviewed and revised to reflect changes in the Singapore financial environment — regulatory updates, new products, and evolving planning considerations.
Qualified Professionals
All educators hold relevant professional qualifications in financial planning or related fields and maintain continuing professional development.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Participant information is handled with care and in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Participant Feedback
We gather feedback after every programme and use it to refine our materials and delivery approach. Participant experience is a meaningful input into everything we do.
Disclosure Standards
We are transparent about the educational — not advisory — nature of our services, and encourage participants to seek professional guidance for personal financial decisions.
About Our Practice
Financial Education Grounded in the Singapore Context
Novaledger operates from the Central Business District, working with individuals who want a more thorough understanding of how their finances work. Our programmes draw on the specific landscape of Singapore — CPF structures, local product categories, MAS-regulated instruments, and the particular cost considerations of living and planning in this city.
We believe that financial understanding is not a luxury or a credential — it is a practical skill, one that affects daily decisions as much as long-term planning. Our approach resists the tendency toward jargon and abstraction, favouring clarity and relevance above all else.
Our three programmes serve different stages and starting points: those who are just beginning to take personal finance seriously, those who want to understand what investment products actually are before engaging with them, and those approaching the later stages of their working life who need a structured, considered approach to what comes next.
